Types of Aquariums Serviced
We provide services to a diverse range of aquarium sizes, handling units as compact as 15 gal. and accommodating extra-large tanks without any size restrictions. We currently service fresh water aquariums.
Pricing
Pricing for our services depends on factors such as the size of your aquarium, the type of maintenance needed, frequency of visits, access to the aquarium and waste drainage options. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your specific requirements and provide a transparent quote tailored to your aquarium's unique situation.
Booking
Upon acceptance of our quote, we will discuss service dates and times and will construct a frequency schedule tailored to your needs. For new clients and certain premium services, we may require a small deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your service total and helps us manage schedule efficiently. You will be informed of any deposit requirements during the booking process.
Preparing for your Service Appointent
To prepare for your service appointment, we recommend removing any fish food or decor that ay obstruct our access to your aquarium and cleaning process. Additionally, if you have specific area of concern or changes you'd like to address, feel free to jot those down for our team to discuss upon arrival. This will help us povide the best service possible for your aquarium's needs.
Billing & Cancellation
Billing
You will receive a invoice after each service or otherwise specified on agreement. This document will include a breakdown of services provided, the total amount due, and any applicable taxes. Invoices will be sent via email, and you can retain them for your records.
Payments Accepted
Payment must be made in full upon completion of services or ortherwise specified on agreement. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, check cash and Zelle.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
